Has anyone ever brined a butt or any pork for that matter? We have a family reunion this sat. and I would try it if I had lotsa good info. Otherwise we'll have to stick to the plain ol basically wonderful method of slow and low. Thanks for the help1

Carolina Wizard,
Brine it. It will make a world of difference.

JimW,
Thank for your replies. I figured brining would help, I know it does a great job with poultry. [p]There may have been some discussion of this subject earlier and I missed it. I feel like this must be a dumb question with the lack of response that it has or no one else knows the answer. [p]In either case, again thanks very much for your help!
