Last Night's Cook - Steak Lobster and Twice Baked

Tried cooking the bacon on a leg and wing rack and it came out very well. Microwaved the potatoes to speed them up then made them crisp on the Egg before stuffing. Should have put a skewer in the tails but forgot so they curled up a bit - No one seemed to care. Dropped a potato on its side but no one minded that either.

I said steak, daughter said lobster, wife said add some potatoes and before you knew it there we were.  It gave me something to do while I was watching football and having a few cold ones. Going easier on the wallet with chicken tonight!
