Rainy day rib cook - Pics

I had this planned for a couple of days.  Unfortunately the forecast for mixed clouds and sun turned into an all day rain.  No reason to change the menu though.  2 racks of St Louis ribs and a a pot of beans, topped of with the skillet chocolate chip "cookie" found on the forum.  I did not have the right size skillet so used an 8 x 8" steel pan, great results.

The beans were a bit of a disappointment.  Recipe from seriouseats.com said to cover with 2" of water - it was too much given that the beans were soaked overnight - more like bean soup.  Flavor was great however - how can you go wrong with bacon, onions, garlic, beans, and a ham hock?
