Ribs for a friend...Pictures

A friend asked me to cook up some ribs for him to take to a tailgate tonight.......easy job with the Egg and Stoker
For cooks less than 6 hours, I use the lump reducing ring from the Ceramic Grill store
The Stoker app for my iPhone and iPad is the BBQ Monitor......works great
