@Charlesmaneri, do you think a 20 pound pig could fit on the large? Looks like the smallest they come from one guy is 20 pounds, but I'm not sure if that's going to be too big for a large. I'd appreciate anyone's thoughts on this. I suppose I could cut the spine and roll it up if it's too big.Dunedin, FL

I think if you can some how configure the pig so that it's total lenght is less then 18" you will be fine because the inside diameter of a large is 18 " when I got mine I told the farmer I didn't care what it weighed as long as the overall lenght was 18" of smaller so it would fit in my large2 Large Eggs and a Mini 2 Pit Bulls and a Pork shoulder or butt nearby and 100% SICILIANLong Island N.Y.

@Charlesmaneri it may have said in here and I missed it. But, how long did it take total time?Huntsville, Al LBGE

Central_Bama_Egger If I remember correctly because it was a long time ago(November 2013) I think cook time was between 6 to 7 hours2 Large Eggs and a Mini 2 Pit Bulls and a Pork shoulder or butt nearby and 100% SICILIANLong Island N.Y.
