I am making Pig Shots for a BBQ today at the request of my buddy who heard about them through the neighborhood grapevine then I remembered when I made the Brisket for the Chili at the Eggfest I had cut up the point for burnt ends but didn't have time to make them and threw them in the freezer. So I threw them on the egg with the Pig Shots, one pan with Spicy Stubbs and the other with Sweet Baby Rays. Should be done in another hour or so.

They are good and are easier to wrap when the bacon is cold keep it in the fridge until you are ready to wrap, thick slice works better IMHO
