<p />Here is Ryan's very first cook...ribs, elevated and direct at 230. Turned and basted every 30 minutes with a Balsamic vinegar/brown sugar/mustard/chipotle mixture.[p]Here is Spring Chicken and Smokin'Joe at Spring Chicken's custom made sink....note the logos on the side.
