Roasted habanero sauce

First use of the egg - grilling in the dark last night.

Trying to use up stuff from the garden. The green peppers got roasted, peeled and mixed with garlic, salt and oil. The cayenne, habaneros and sweet red peppers along with garlic and a few tiny red onions got grilled, peeled and deseeded. Pureed with salt and vinegar. Nice recipe - hot but not too hot.
