T-Bone Steaks
It was my first time cooking T-bone steaks on my XL BGE. I heated the egg up to 700 degrees and let the grate pre-heat. Right before placing the steaks on the grill I threw in a few Jack Daniels smoking chips. Two minutes on one side, turn 45 degrees for another two minutes, flip for two minutes, turn 45 degrees for another two minutes, take them off and rest for five minutes, then eat!
