Any Southerners willing to send me some grits?

I am doing an upscale 8 course catering for a client and I was inspired by a dish at Gordon Ramsay Steak in Vegas.

It was a Kurobuta pork belly with cheesy grits and a tomato jam. I am going to put my own twist on it. I am using a Berkshire pork instead. I can do the jam part but am having no luck in finding the classic coarse white hominy grits. I love grits but we can only get the cornmeal sized stuff here. I want to make this as authentically southern as possible

I was told about a market that I didn't know existed. I found my coarse hominy grits. I wanted white if I could be picky but they had a bin of white just nothing in it. I will have to suffice with yellow. I will check back in a few weeks before the dinner event and see if they have any white. Thanks for all the suggestions.

Google McEwen and Sons grits. Once you have the website, order them to be shipped to your house. My wife is from NC and it wasn't until I ordered grits that she ate them when I cooked them.
