Travel with a pork butt

Looking to take a pork butt on the road to eat while camping at Eggfest. Leaving early Thursday a.m. , need to cook early afternoon Wednesday. Done lots of low and slows, thought I'd try a turbo butt. If I wrap to rest after cooking, how long before it goes in the fridge Wednesday night? Or is there a better plan based on when I'm leaving?

Butt Box is not needed. Pull Wed after pulling off Egg (wrap and fridge) and enjoy your good pork and trip. Have a ball at the FEST.....
