BGE: Deep dish pie "pics"

Its a beautiful day today!!! Got the game on. LSU VS Mississippi State. Go dawgs.

The pie crust is par baking at the moment. Using BGE recipe for this one.

Just brushed the brushed the crust with EVOO and added a little more mozzarella to the top

Looks great. Is that a rigid rolling mat or a roll-up one? What brand. Where'd ya get? I bought one that rolls up but I'm not ecstatic with it.

I have the BGE deep dish stone also and haven't used it yet.
Do you just put the dough into the dish or parchment paper into the dish and then the dough?

It's a roll up silicone pampered chef. It's awesome. If you wet the bottom a little it'll stick really hard to the counter top.

You just put the crust in the pan. The recipe calls for you to rub it with evoo before you stretch it over.

I did the exact recipe steps except I added another pound of sausage 8-}
