Might be simple but looks fantastic. Guessing they are about a 12 oz cut. That will make a meal any day of the week as far as I'm concerned. Nicely done!

Nice docSalado TX & 30A FL: Egg Family: 3 Large and a very well used Mini, added a Mini Max when they came out (I'm good for now). Just given another Mini to add to the herd.

400 direct, raised grid. Seven minutes on the first side, and about five on the other until the internal was 130. Foiled while the beans steamed for seven minutes.
