Cookin on the Big Clock

Was all set to do some soup on the egg but we had heavy rain for most of the day Sunday so I we moved the plans inside. This is OT cause no egg was involved unless you wanna count the egg noodles.

Started boiling 4 1/2lb bird for meat and stock. No pics of this part, this whole inside thing messed me up.
Next up pulled chicken and the carcass just for proof

It was still an enjoyable cook, just no smoke smell at the end of the day.
