Pork medallions

Looking for advice on how long/hot to smoke six pork medallions. I've marinated them overnight in a mixture of balsamic vinegar, olive oil, ginger, brown sugar, and basil. I've got Brussels sprouts and onions going on first wrapped in foil for 30 min at 400. Not sure if I should drop the temp to then smoke the pork. Any ideas?

If your talking about grillades cut from the tenderloin I would cook them hot (350) for about 5 to 6 minuttes a side, depending on their thickness, until they're 135. This is a tender cut of meat with very little fat. Save the low and slows for the tough fatty cuts.XLBGE, LBGE, MBGE, SMALL, MINI, 2 Kubs, Fire Magic Gasser
