Have you flipped yet? I flip my turbos every 30 minutes... As for saucing I find my turbo spares are about done after a mere 2 hours and sauce then. Post your results!Re-gasketing America one yard at a time.

I flip mine at the 1 hour mark since I cook them flat and not in a rack. At 2 hour mark I am bend testing. If they pass the bend test i sauce.
