Ok VI, it was H O T
Set my mouth on fire. iPhone is in the picture for a size reference. I just cut it in half and ate one. After a couple glasses of milk the burn was gone.

What is this pepper??

Looks a bit like a real healthy cayenne.

I've had my bushes throw off one that size occasionally.

Try a shot of something good next time.  Alcohol kills the heat pretty well.

Like I said above, it's something that can happen, just kinda rare...................but still hot!

could be a hot portugal, scoville rating 5000 to 30,000.  short growing season for those that live in the north. they sometimes get a little bit of a twist on the end, how did the others look
