Chicken questions - pic included
Tried grilling chicken tonight .... first time direct heat with added bricks to raise the grill. Kept my heat at 375 for about an hour however my chicken legs were burnt, but thighs and breast were perfect. Breast came off the grill at 177. Lessons learned were: don't put the legs in the middle of the grill, don't be afraid to take the legs and thighs off before the breast. Anymore advice? Oh .. the potatoes were good!
