OT: Pulled Pork Nachos

OT because I constructed this stove top but it was leftover butt.

Fresh jalepenoes, head country and some dizzy dust. Sharp cheddar.

One of my favorites for leftover pork.  Don't think I have seen it done in a skillet before.  Good way to get the cheese nice and incorporated!

Which came first the chicken or the egg?  I egged the chicken and then I ate his leg.

Tossing in the skillet is just fast to soften the peppers, heat up the butt and get the flavors dancing. I eat these all the time. I would I enjoyed some onions and a little more finishing work but this was a quick meal.

The boy CAN cook. Just kidding, nice cook. Nothing better than leftover pulled pork.

I was thinking about you and these peppers. They were very good. Pretty hot for jalepenoes and a little sweet from cooking in the barbecue sauce.

Are you saying that @Mickey is HOT & sweet too? Maybe we should leave the room.
