Defrosting butts

So I asked the wife to take a couple of butts out of the freezer on Wednesday night while I was out of town and she did as asked. But that's where things went south. She took them out of the freezer and put them in the sink. So I get home tonight and they are still in the sink and I asked her when she put them there and she Wednesday night when you asked me to. So my question is do you think they're ok or should I just trash them?

48 hours at room temp? Assuming they are completely thawed and warm, I'd toss them for sure.__________________________________________It's not a science, it's an art. And it's flawed.- Camp Hill, PA
