I haven't seen this before but it definitely looks interesting! I guess you would cook the burger first and then stuff it. Maybe cook it a less than your target temp so it doesn't end up overdone after baking in the crust.I found this vid where they quickly showing them building them.Which came first the chicken or the egg? I egged the chicken and then I ate his leg.
