Pork  chops 1"

brined 3 hrs

1qt water

1T salt

1/2T sugar

1 clove garlic crushed

bring to a boil let cool

Are they too thin to low and slow, 250-275 til 120-125.

400ish.

homemade rub s/p/brown sugar, stuff

    Sorry,i didn't explain I'm not using the daisey.A little trickey, but I like it.

    Also used paper towel and left over fat.

    I don't think 425-450 egg temp is going to make much difference.  Cook until the chops are 145 internal temp and dey be good. 


    Which came first the chicken or the egg?  I egged the chicken and then I ate his leg.
