good day everyone! I bought a big green egg large. when I got it home and unpacked, I found that at the bottom have one oval-shaped bulge and cracks on it. what should I do in this case, what means this cracks? should i change my big green egg? my dealer said to me that it is normal, it is not through the bottom crackmay be someone have the same

I don't recall seeing anything like that on mine.  Are you close to your dealer?  If so, I'd go back and check their floor models to see if there is anything similar in them.  If not, demand a new one.

I'd certainly give my local dealer a chance to make it right.  If he's not interested, contact the mothership.

Welcome aboard and enjoy the journey.  And that is not normal-you need them to give you a new base.
