Some weekend cooks without the egg
Lobsters was on sale this pass weekend (4.99/lb). Decided to do it Asian style. Lot of work but worth it.
Preparing the lobsters and ingredients:
Deep fried the lobsters:
Once done, saute the lobster's sauce (ingredients in the 1st picture) in a wok and throw in the fried lobsters. Sorry no pictures for this part as it need to be done very quickly to avoid burning the sauce.
Final products:
It was also time of the year to pickle some of our veggies. The beans and jalapenos were from our garden.
