The Best $1.99 Eggcessory Ever!

I rarely see flies where I live in northern Utard, but they've been around a bit this summer (it's been unusually humid, don't know if that's why).  In the Sunday paper last weekend I saw an electric fly swatter at Harbor Freight, $1.99 with coupon;  figured, for $2 I'll try it.

It takes two "D" batteries (not included) which more than doubled the price.  

 

It works!  When you hit a fly, mid-flight, there's a bright flash and a satisfying >SNAP!<, woohoo!  The only thing is hitting a fly in mid-flight, even with something the size of a racquetball racquet, isn't as easy as it sounds.  Buts its fun when you connect!  

Wonder if it'll work on that damn yappy rat terrier next door...   (before you call PETA, I'm kidding)
