I threw on a fully prepped butt this morning at 8:00 am. It is 7.4 lbs. Smoking away at 250 grid. Hoping to eat by the Cowboys game tonight at 8:00 pm. Think I'll make it?

It should, but you never know with butts. You can always up the temp to 350 at the end or foil to ensure finish time.LBGE, Marietta, GA
