I made 2 dicks la orange rubed with salt&pepper stuffed the cavity with parsley,scalions and orangesthen made a orange sauce from orange juice grand nariner honey lite soy sacce orange zestand garlic brought up to a boil then basted ducks with the sauce as for the third duck I rubed it with Walkers wood jerk seasonong and put all three ducks on the egg at 225 over apple wood smoke until a internal temp of 165
