MickeyT, not sure that h & p monitors this so since that's "my dealer" let me answer. There is no entry fee, but you supply your own meat. At least the first two years the judges were a guy and gal DJ team from a radio station that broadcasts live from there for a couple hours. You do need to register though so they will know how many eggs are needed and to schedule around the cooks. The last two years they have furnished about 10 and all but one were large eggs. Also check your email in a few minutes.
