Finally broke down and got a hq. The other pick is how much dust was in the bottom of the bag I just finished. I don't think that is too bad.

I just got a HiQue a few weeks ago. I have only done hot and fast cooks so far.  Man it gets HOT.  It gets there a lot faster too.  I am going to cook something Low and Slow this weekend ( haven't decided what yet).  I am anxious to see if there is any difference there.

I also got my first bags of Ozark Oak this week.  Ready to try it out this weekend too.

Looking forward to a l&s with the hq. Spatchcock last night. Maybe coincidence but the egg seemed to adjust quicker to vent changes and held there.
