I have been in Cancun for 6 weeks and flew direct to Vegas for another week and finally get home tomorrow, my lovely wife shared that she has invited 14 of our closes friends to dinner Saturday for a little welcome home party, I guess I'll put the XL to work. I would like to do Ribs and Spatchcock Chicken, do you think 4 slabs of St Louis and 2 yard birds will get it done? My back up is 2 Pork Loins and some ABT's
What's your thoughts forum peeps!
Chuck
Thanks in advance...

4 slabs would be good to fill up 8 people.
2 birds good for 4 people. All including sides, of course.
I'd probably add one bird. Mix and match the main dishes, you should be pretty close.
