Stuffed a 4 pound pork loin with sauted spinach, mushrooms, garlic and mozzarella cheese. Sprinkled with Dizzy Dust. Grilled indirect at 350 degrees until loin reached 165 degrees. Turned out great but the next time I will take it off the grill a little sooner.I didn't have bacon so I left the fat on. The utube video I watched made butterflying the pork a piece of cake.My family was impressed. I will do this again and try different fillings.
