Tonight we had friends over for pizza, it was only my second time doing pizza and first time doing more than one in a quick manner. I use Sam's club's frozen dough balls cut in half to make 2 10-12" pizzas each. Im starting to find the perfect temp for this dough is 450-500 max or the toppings won't get cooked all the way. Im using an adjustable rig with the extender and stone on top of that, I wiped the stone with a wet wash cloth right before each went on. I also have to add that if your looking for a peel get the super peel!!! It works great and makes life so much easier! Well after all the prep they turned out great!! I couldn't be much happier!

I've done Pizza twice, 9 pies total. I swear by parchment paper, it makes life really easy, and does not affect the browning or texture of the crust. I agree 450 - 500 is the best temp. Higher and the crust cooks faster than the toppings. Enjoy
