Thanks to a post earlier this week from @Dyal_SC I had a new plan for my weekly chicken that we make. We do a whole chicken on Sunday and use the left overs for lunches for the first few days of the week.

I dried the chicken over night uncovered in the fridge. Then under the skin I suffed it with bits of 1lemon (minced supremes up) 3 cloves garlic, a bunch of basil, salt pepper and onion powder. With the juice from the lemon it made it a paste. I hit the skin with some lemon juice, salt and pepper. While, indirect about 375 with the squash under it. About 140 it I basted it with butter just like dyal said he did. It was amazing, with some garden fresh squash we had a great meal. Thanks again @Dyal_SC!
