Deep Dish Pizza Two: Pizza Harder

Did basically the same thing as last time, so just gonna put the pr0n up.  Pics are much better than my usual, probably because my wife took them.

    Looks awesome. The only problem with this is, the spinach and the sauce will both make a bunch of moisture.

    Which came first the chicken or the egg?  I egged the chicken and then I ate his leg.

    @Aviator:  Yeah, it looked too moist when I cut it, but the crust was essentially unaffected.  Next time, though, I will probably strain the tomatoes a little more and lightly steam the spinach first.
