My first go with a Flat Brisket

This weekend tried my first Flat Brisket, it turned out great. Smoked it for just under 8 hours. Also did sliced baked potatoes.

    I am very interested in more information on both the brisket (cooking temperature, finished internal temp etc.) as well as, more directions on how you made your patatoes!  They both look very good.  Please post here or PM me with the scoop!!!
