Used the @Mickey turbo method. Rubbed with the Southern Style BBQ rub that @HIC sent me, and finished with some Memphis-style BBQ sauce after pulling. Served with spicy kale, sweet potato fries, and curry mayo. Egg's currently white-hot for a cleanout in prep for a pork butt cook.
