Last minute change of guest. Had the Faux Cochon De Lait (nibble me this) on so threw a rack of spares on the little kamado. She did great dialed in at 300 and held solid. Really didn't want silver but I had it so I didn't have to put any extra funds into it. Great little cooker for $100. Now I've got to name her...?
