    I've sous vide cooked country ribs.  They last for weeks in the fridge after souse vide - they're effectively sterilized.  Then sear them on the grill - maybe 15-30 minutes.  Fall apart, lots of meat, moist and delicious.  And country ribs are so cheap - just throwing out an idea.   Sous vide might cost a few hunnert bucks but way cheaper than a heart attack or angioplasty from hotdogs.

    Looks like leftovers tomorrow at this rate. What can I do to them to make edible tomorrow at work - only a microwave.
