Now that I realize that Central Market will cut Picanha for me any time I want it, I'll be having this a lot more often.
Anyone know a good source for more of the long double skewers...or even what they are actually called?

Mind letting me know how much Central Market charges for picanha?

@chays99 - it was $8.95 per pound, the four pieces you see in the photo were $24 total.LBGE & SBGE. Central Texas.

No idea what those skewers are called but they are really nice. I picked up a set from CM in the spring. Good to know they will cut picanha on request. I loved it when i got some during their Brasil festival. Made me fall in love with beef all over again.#1 LBGE December 2012 • #2 SBGE February 2013 • #3 Mini May 2013A happy BGE family in Houston, TX.
