So I am having close to 20 people over today the 5th. Did a slow cook the other day which turned out great. Just need to figure out the best way to reheat.
I went to cook another one overnight last night. had it stable at about 225-250 dome for about an hour and a half and went to bed. Woke up to a 0 dome temp. Internal temp was at 120. Pretty sure it was because there was too much ash underneath. So am going to try turbo.
Was just super sad to have to throw this beast out
