I'm in a bind and am hoping someone can help. While on a family vacation, my kids are insisting on mac & cheese for dinner tonight, and not just any mac & cheese--the recipe from the BGE cookbook which, of course, is three states away. I generally recall the recipe as pasta, butter, flour, Worcestershire sauce, Tobasco, dry mustard, 3C Milk, 2C heavy cream, various cheeses, and bread crumbs with paprika and melted butter. Can anyone tell me if I'm missing anything and help with the cook time and temp? Seem to recall 350 for 30.
Thanks, and have a happy Fourth!!!

You are correct. 350 for 30 minutes. It's actually 2 cups milk, 3 cups cream. 2 cup cheddar, 1 cup gruyere, fontina, mozzarella. 1/2 cup parmigiana. You pretty much got the rest.Clarendon Hills, IL
