I really really don't like chicken. But the wife does.

Any ideas of a chicken and something that isn't a chicken at the same time on the LBGE?

    How are you cooking the chicken? Direct, indirect, raised direct, etc.. I don't hate chicken but cook it along side of pork, beef and veggies all the time. Just depends on what cuts of meat you are using.
    I raise my kids, cook and golf.  When work gets in the way I'm pissed, I'm pissed off 48 weeks a year.
    Inbetween Iowa and Colorado, not close to anything remotely entertaining outside of football season.

    Chicken is like soy protein.  You can make it taste like anything depending on how you cook it.   You can throw on some fish or pork chops or lamb chops at the same time.

    I never was much of a chicken fan. But then I got my Egg and started doing Spatchcook and bonelss, skinless thighs. Those thighs are some darned good eats! Raised direct at 350 with some apple chunks. Just rub with whatever. Stays so tender and juicy. I made a batch Friday night and ate some for breakfast Saturday morning.

    I NEVER liked boneless, skinless chicken breast till I got the BGE, breast also come out so tender and juicy. SWMBO bout fell over when I told her we were have breast again

    Do some marinated chicken thighs on the egg. My cousin who hates chicken, tried my marinated chicken thighs a couple weeks back and loved them and ate like 5-6 of them.
