Low Country Grill

I did a little something different tonight.  I did a Low Country Grill.  Basically its the same stuff as a Low Country Boil, but done on the Egg.
Kabobs
1/2 pound small new potatoes
2 small ears corn, cut into 1 1/2 inch rounds
1/2 pound andouille sausage, cut into 1 inch rounds
1/2 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined

Butter Seasoning
1/2 stick butter, melted
4 teaspoons Tabasco
2 teaspoons Old Bay Seasoning

Boil the potatoes in salted water over medium-high heat for about 12-15 minutes, until the potatoes are tender.   Drain and rinse under cold water.

Thread potatoes, corn, andouille and shrimp onto skewers.

I grilled them direct at 600 degrees.  I turned them every few minutes until the shrimp was done and the corn was starting to turn. As they were cooking I brushed on the butter and seasoning.

This turned out great, and was a whole lot easier than doing a whole low country boil for the 3 of us.
