With the love this forum has for all things pork, I present to you a dish from China. One inch cubes of braised pork belly. I just took one year off my life expectancy, and it was worth it. It took 3 beers to wash down properly.

Wow! Fantastic!  I had pork belly at a place below the Wall (not the part closest to Beijing- do not ask..hell if I know) but this dish looks just like it!   Anyway, when done right, pork belly is super delicious!

Yeah, it's a common dish - called 'chairman mao's pork' of all things. I get it every trip...always good.

I've got the spider and a wok.. I'm just 6k miles from my egg....:)
