Pork ribs from local farmer

I was going to do a pork shoulder this weekend but my wife picked up some pork ribs from a local farmer.  I used the 2-2-1 method I found on the forum and the ribs were fantastic.  I did the second "2" in a foiled covered pan adding a little apple juice.  The pork shoulder will now be next weekends cook.  The pork shoulder we purchased is from a local farmer as well.  Im loving the BGE!!!
