Spatchcock Chicken question
I usually do mine raised direct. But the wife want me to do two . So I'm thinking of using my swing grate extender and put one on top and one underneath but go indirect.... Any thoughts ?

I prefer raised direct but have done indirect and it works. But agree with mattman if you have over small you can probably do two togetherGreensboro, NC
