Getting ready for a family reunion on Hunter Mountain in the Catskills. 24 family members in Our Own Inn. Anybody know that area? Never been there and looking for good places to eat and good pizza.

I ski day trips there in the winter.  I think you'll probably exhaust all of the nearby eating opportunities in a day or two.    If you don't mind a drive, there are old Bavarian resorts about a half hour away in Cairo, Round Top and Purling.  (big German immigrant population from the turn of the century).  You can find fine-dining places in Saugerties and Hudson.  Farm-to-table places.  If you have time, you'll want to hike Kaaterskill Falls (which you'll pass on the way up from the interstate).
