Nice solid sturdy home for the little guy. Any particular reason for the walls on the sides of the egg?#1 LBGE December 2012 • #2 SBGE February 2013 • #3 Mini May 2013A happy BGE family in Houston, TX.

@caliking I went with the bricks on three sides just in case the kids get a little wild while playing in the area. Never know who or what may get thrown around here.

Looks great, I want to steal the idea.
Grolsch! I haven't had that since I was in The Netherlands for company training 4 years ago.
-
@bys1981 that's home brew in a Grolsch bottle. Your welcome to steal the idea but you have to send a pic.

I assumed while it was a home brew... which is another discussion in itself, it initially was a grolsch.
Did you use any mortar etc?

Looks awesome @shtgunal3, still rolling with nest's for all my eggs, hoping that when I get to a more accommodating house for the two children I will build something fantastic.
I raise my kids, cook and golf. When work gets in the way I'm pissed, I'm pissed off 48 weeks a year.Inbetween Iowa and Colorado, not close to anything remotely entertaining outside of football season. -
@bys1981 only thing I used was construction adhesive for concrete. I may want to move it someday.
