Simple and quick

Rolled out a can of croissants then put a layer of deer sausage that I made on it. Then onions and shredded cheese. Rolled it up then cut in slices. Indirect for about 15-20 min at 350 and they sure were good.

I've always done these in the oven before I got my egg and we loved them. Now that I cooked them in the egg, it just brought them to a whole new level of good.

I have a rough time with the deer sausage since they are like pets, but i'm going to try this with some store bought sausage.. Got the croissants on my shopping list!!

Im sure it will be good.
