Large and Small BGE, Blackstone 36 and a baby black Kub.

I injected them with a mixture of apple juice, worchestershire, salt, and sugar. After coating with mustard I coated with a rub of salt, sugar, pepper, garlic powder, paprika, etc.
They are on now at 225° with a couple large chunks of apple for the smoke. -
